🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

    • Remote/Out-of-Service Areas: Up to 10 days depending on courier availability

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You can track your order in real-time using the Shiprocket tracking portal or through the tracking link shared with you.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may be applied on orders below ₹499.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may include an additional charge of ₹30.

❌ Undelivered Orders

If the order is not accepted or marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may deduct shipping & return charges when refunding.

All products are securely packed with protective materials to ensure damage-free delivery. We take extra care in fragile and high-value items.
